12 months ageing in 225 to 500 litre Burgundy barrels (previously used for 1 to 3 wines), 18% of which are new oak.

In Tempus displays a deep colour with garnet tints. The nose is characterised by Mediterranean notes of juniper, cistus and stewed black fruits ( blackberry, blueberry and cherry). The palate is rich, round and powerful with excellent intensity.
